First.... Your home will be in the Lehigh Northampton County Multiple Listing Service and, in some cases, in the Garden State Multiple Listing Service. The Bucks County MLS is also available in select cases. This will give the maximum exposure to the traditional Realtor Market. The write up and photo will be clear and inviting.
Second.... Your home will be presented on the internet on the Weichert Interactive Site, the Board of Realtor Site, Realtor.com, when advertised in the Harmon Homes, on that site as well. In addition you will be listed here on BeckyGoldenberg.com
Third... The Phillipsburg or Easton office will tour your home so we can property present to the property to prosepctive buyers when they call on your sign, ad, or other promotional material.
Fourth.... Just listed cards will be sent to neighbors to promote your property in your market area. It has been shown that neighbors will often recommend a neighborhood to a friend or business associate
Fifth.... An advertising schedule will be set for exposure in local publications. Harmon Homes, Express Times, Morning Call, Real Estate Weekly.
Sixth.... Open Houses will be scheduled at your convenience. They provide added exposure for your property.
Seventh.... Promotional material will be prepared by our marketing technician
Eighth..... Feedback from all realtors who show your property will help find better ways to show your house in the best light.
Ninth.... I will be available to discuss any special request you may have and to kepp you updated on the progress we are making.
Tenth.... I will follow through on every aspect of the sale of your property, the inspections, the mortgage process, help with your move and whatever else you may need.
